Ulterior Moto Shipping Policy

Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will ship depending on the type of products purchased. Ulterior Moto offers two types of products:

  1. Merchandise (Print-on-Demand) — apparel and accessories that are printed and fulfilled by a third-party production partner.
  2. Riding Gloves and Other In-Stock Products — physical items shipped directly from Ulterior Moto.

Depending on what’s in your order, you may receive multiple shipments.

1. Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Fulfillment & Processing Time
All Ulterior Moto merch items (such as t-shirts, hoodies, and hats) are made to order. Once you place your order, it typically takes 3-5 business days to print, process, and prepare your items for shipment.

Shipping Times After fulfillment, shipping usually takes 2-8 business days depending on your location. Please note that production and shipping times may vary during holidays or sales periods.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking Merchandise orders are shipped via USPS for final delivery. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (if applicable) International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.

2. Riding Gloves (and Other In-Stock Items)

Fulfillment & Processing Time
Glove orders and other in-stock products are fulfilled directly by Ulterior Moto. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days from our location at 1120 Bird Avenue, Suite F #138, San Jose, CA, 95125, US.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
You can choose from available shipping methods at checkout. Standard USPS Priority shipping within the U.S. generally takes 1-3 business days. Expedited options may also be available.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected method. Standard USPS Priority shipping is free.

Tracking Information
Once your gloves ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Split Shipments

If you order both merchandise and gloves, your items may ship separately.

  • You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
  • Shipping times may differ between shipments.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the US exclusively.
  • We do not ship to any other countries.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us at chris@ulteriormoto.com with your order number.
  • If the issue involves a Print-on-Demand item, we’ll coordinate with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.
  • For Ulterior Moto–fulfilled items, we’ll work directly with you to make it right.
