With Re:Ride, if your Ulterior Moto Glove is functionally damaged in an accident, we’ll replace it. No questions. No judgment. Just a promise from riders who’ve been there.
Because protection doesn’t stop at the crash - it continues when you get back up.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
OUR PROMISE
We warrant our Products to be free from flaws or defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the Product. If your Product has a manufacturing flaw or defect, return it to us and we will repair or replace it with a comparable item at no charge.
WHAT THIS MEANS
Our Products are wearables and, like all clothing, they have a lifespan. They are built to last but, depending on use, will eventually break down. This warranty covers flaws of material and/or craftsmanship should your Product fail prematurely — it does not cover normal wear and tear.
WHAT’S COVERED
Lifetime of the Product does not mean your lifetime. Rather, it means the reasonably expected lifetime of your Product given normal, expected, and foreseeable uses, excluding misuse and normal wear and tear. This warranty covers all Ulterior Moto motorcycle apparel purchased new from an authorized Ulterior Moto retailer or directly from us. The warranty extends to the original purchaser and anyone who receives the Product as a gift, provided you can show proof of purchase.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (fading, pilling, scuffing, gradual breakdown from regular use)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions
- Damage from alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
- Products purchased used, from unauthorized resellers, or outside of a retail sale
- Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality
Note: This warranty does not cover injury prevention. Motorcycle apparel is protective gear, but we do not warrant that our Products will prevent injury in an accident.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If you believe your Product has a covered defect, you have two options:
- Return to retailer: Take the Product back to the authorized Ulterior Moto retailer where you purchased it. They will process the replacement on our behalf.
- Return to us: Contact Ulterior Moto directly at chris@ulteriormoto.com. Provide your proof of purchase and ship the Product to the address we provide. We’ll pay return shipping for any repaired or replaced item.
LEGAL NOTICES
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.
Implied Warranties: To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranty (such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) is limited in duration to the lifetime of the Product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this may not apply to you.
Limitation of Remedies: Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages (like loss of use or inconvenience). Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this may not apply to you. Nothing in this warranty limits liability for personal injury.
California Residents: Motorcycle apparel is classified as “clothing” under California law. If your Product does not conform to this warranty, you may return it to the retailer where you purchased it for replacement. You may also have additional rights under California law.
Care Products: This warranty does not require you to use any specific brand of cleaning or care product.
