At Ulterior Moto, we stand behind every piece of gear we make. We know that finding the perfect fit and feel for your ride can take time — so we’ve created the most generous return policy in the industry.

90 Days to Decide

Take up to 90 days from the date of delivery to decide if your gear is right for you. If it’s not, send it back — no questions asked.

Free Returns

All returns within the U.S. ship free. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label so you can focus on what matters most: the road ahead.

No Restocking Fees

We don’t believe in hidden fees. As long as your return meets our condition guidelines, you’ll receive a full refund — no restocking charges, ever.

Condition Guidelines

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• In their original condition
• Complete with all original tags, packaging, and included extras

How to Start a Return

1. Email me at chris@ulteriormoto.com and include your order number in the subject line. Include your issue(s) with the product in the body of the message and confirm that it meets all of the above criteria. 
2. Receive your return confirmation email from me, then print your prepaid label.
3. Pack your item securely, affix the return label, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method — typically within 3–5 business days.
